Saus has made its South Asian debut at DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Airport, introducing the brand's signature all-day dining concept to the region. The launch also marks only the second Saus restaurant in Asia, bringing together global culinary influences, Indian regional flavours, and modern cooking techniques in an energetic and immersive dining environment.

The restaurant celebrates a blend of international comfort food and India's diverse gastronomic heritage, presenting familiar favourites with a contemporary twist. Through carefully selected ingredients, refined preparation methods, and creative flavour combinations, Saus offers a dining journey that evolves throughout the day. Open kitchens and interactive live counters further enhance the experience, creating a dynamic setting for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

A defining feature of the concept is its "Four Corners of Flavor" philosophy, which places sauces, marinades, pickles, relishes, and condiments at the centre of every dish. From regional chutneys and handcrafted accompaniments to signature dressings and bold marinades, these flavour elements add depth and allow guests to tailor dishes to their personal preferences.

Signature offerings include the traditional Champaran Mutton from Bihar, Himalayan-style Makaibari Jhol Momo served in a delicately spiced broth, Asparagus Risotto finished with saffron, parmesan, and toasted hazelnuts, and the classic Penne Alla Pesto Genovese. The dessert selection continues the culinary exploration with creations such as Saffron Tres Leches, Tuscan Truffle, and Kyoto Garden Dreams.
