Restaurant India News: The Park New Delhi Launches Tyde with Curated Dining Experience

The Park New Delhi has launched Tyde, a new all-day dining restaurant that blends food, art, and design-inspired storytelling under one roof. Located at The Park New Delhi, the restaurant was unveiled as part of the hotel’s continued focus on creating immersive hospitality experiences.

Designed around the theme of water and its symbolism of movement and transformation, Tyde aims to offer guests a dining space that changes mood and energy throughout the day. The restaurant transitions seamlessly from breakfast meetings and business lunches to relaxed afternoon gatherings, cocktail evenings, intimate dinners, and late-night social experiences. Reflecting this versatility, the menu brings together artisanal coffee, wood-fired pizzas, Asian-inspired dishes, small plates, and an elegant à la carte selection curated for both casual dining and celebrations.

A key artistic highlight at the restaurant is Dar Badar, a brass installation created by artist Mohd. Intiyaz. The sculpture captures movement and fluidity through rhythmic forms, reinforcing the restaurant’s central design philosophy. Tyde’s interiors draw inspiration from the architectural geometry of Jantar Mantar and India’s cultural connection with water. The space features sculptural elements, textured layers, rich indigo shades, and brass accents that together create a dramatic yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Speaking on the launch, Priya Paul, Chairperson, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, said, “We are excited to launch Tyde, a lively and contemporary dining destination in the heart of Connaught Place. As pioneers of luxury boutique hospitality in India, we have always believed that our hotels must be more than places to stay; they should be spaces where art, design, music, culture, and cuisine come together to create experiences that are Anything But Ordinary. Tyde carries that philosophy forward in a fresh and distinctive way.”

Sharing his thoughts, Parag Sahwney, General Manager, The Park New Delhi, said, “Tyde brings refined dining and dynamic food concepts to the heart of the city. A passionate culinary team has curated menus inspired by diverse flavours and modern interpretations, with every detail thoughtfully considered for a refined yet engaging experience. Tyde is designed as a dynamic gathering space for discerning diners and global travellers alike.”
