Restaurant India News: TAP Resto-Bar Expands to Chembur With Sixth Outlet in Mumbai

TAP Resto-Bar by China Gate Group has launched its sixth outlet in Mumbai, expanding to Chembur after establishing a strong presence in Worli, Bandra, Juhu, Sakinaka and Andheri. Marking 11 years in the city’s nightlife scene, the brand continues to grow while staying true to its focus on high-energy ambience, signature cocktails and comfort food.

Located on the 18th floor, TAP Chembur features a 7,000 sq. ft. rooftop space with panoramic city views. Designed to suit different occasions from after-work drinks and casual dinners to birthday celebrations—the venue aims to become a new nightlife destination in Mumbai’s eastern suburbs.

The menu offers a mix of Indian, Asian and continental dishes. Vegetarian options include salads, mushroom and paneer-based appetisers, pesto mushroom skewers, paneer chilli dishes, and comfort mains such as paneer makhani and dal makhani. Non-vegetarian selections range from baked wings and prawn appetisers to chicken burgers, sushi rolls, murgh tikka masala and chicken dum biryani. Continental mains include herb-grilled chicken and lemon butter fish, while desserts feature chocolate lava cake and churros.

The rooftop bar serves a wide range of cocktails, including signature creations made with tropical fruits and spices, along with classic cocktails, mojitos, margaritas, draft beer and wines. With this opening, TAP aims to bring its established nightlife experience to Chembur and strengthen its footprint across Mumbai.
