Hyatt Centric Juhu opens Nitara, a vibrant new dining section within Sesame Bar that celebrates India’s diverse spirit and regional flavours. Vegetarian classics such as Chandni Chowk ki Chaat and Pallipalayam Kalan sit alongside standout non-vegetarian creations including Lamb Galouti Cones and Injipulli Chicken Lollipop served on a sugarcane stick.
