SEED & BLOOM has announced the launch of its latest kiosk at Reem Mall on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, marking another step in the brand’s expansion strategy across the UAE. The new opening strengthens the bakery and café brand’s retail footprint by introducing a compact, high-efficiency format aimed at daily mall traffic and on-the-go consumption.

The Reem Mall kiosk features a curated menu developed by Chef Avinash Gupta, Head Bakery and Pastry Chef at SEED & BLOOM. The offering focuses on a mix of familiar bakery staples and contemporary patisserie items, produced using premium ingredients and standardised preparation methods to ensure consistency across formats.

The kiosk format has been designed to deliver the core SEED & BLOOM product experience in a smaller retail footprint. The menu includes freshly baked breads, pastries, desserts, and quick-service gourmet items, allowing the brand to cater to multiple consumption occasions throughout the day without extending service complexity.
