Restaurant India News: Indulge Creamery Café Opens in Mumbai

Indulge Creamery Café has opened its doors in Bandra West, adding a new dessert-and-café destination to the neighbourhood. The café brings together ice creams, milkshakes, artisanal coffee, premium burgers and freshly baked treats under one roof.

Founded by Pawan Saluja, Indulge was inspired by his food travels across New York, Europe and Seoul. He saw a gap in India’s café scene for high-quality ice creams paired with a strong café offering, leading to the launch of Indulge with a focus on getting the basics right and maintaining high quality.

The menu features world-class ice creams, indulgent milkshakes, premium burgers, artisanal cookies and single-origin coffees sourced from Indian estates. The brand aims to offer globally inspired flavours using carefully selected ingredients. Designed by Natasha and Parzan of Studio 6158, the 500 sq. ft. café features playful yet premium interiors with soft pink walls, green tiled accents, mirrors and a glowing ceiling. The space is designed to be open, inviting and social, making it suitable for casual visits as well as celebrations.

Indulge Creamery Café aims to become a go-to spot in Bandra for desserts, coffee and comfort food, offering both nostalgic creamery treats and a relaxed café experience.

Expressing his excitement, Founder Pawan Saluja states, “Indulge Creamery Café was shaped by a simple thought: why should indulgence stop at just one thing? I wanted to curate a space in Bandra where an exceptional scoop of ice cream, a delicious burger, an indulgent shake, or a handcrafted coffee all feel equally special. Seeing guests connect with Indulge not just for the food, but for the energy, nostalgia, and emotion behind it, is what truly fuels us. The goal is to always keep the experience fresh, exciting, and unforgettable.”

With Bandra set to become its first iconic landmark, the brand plans to grow across India before embarking on an international footprint within the next six years.
