Restaurant India News: Pride Group Opens 76-Room Hotel in Greater Noida, Expands NCR Presence

Pride Group of Hotels has opened Pride Premier Greater Noida, marking its second property in the NCR region and strengthening its footprint in a market seeing continued commercial and infrastructure-led growth. The hotel is located in Knowledge Park III, an area with a concentration of educational institutions and business activity.

The 76-room property is positioned to cater to both corporate and leisure demand, with proximity to India Expo Mart and other commercial and entertainment zones. The asset includes standard full-service offerings such as multiple dining outlets and event infrastructure, aligning with demand from conferences and social gatherings in the region.

Atul Upadhyay, Executive Director, Pride Hotels Group, said, “We are excited to strengthen our presence in the NCR region with the launch of Pride Premier Greater Noida, our second property in this dynamic market. As Greater Noida continues to emerge as a key hub for business, education, events, and leisure, this hotel is strategically positioned to serve the evolving needs of corporate and leisure travellers. With this opening, we reaffirm our commitment to delivering world-class hospitality with modern amenities, personalised service, and a local touch that reflects the essence of the region.”

The property includes two food and beverage outlets: Cafe Pride, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and Mr. Confectioner, a bakery format. A third outlet, Fuel Bar, is expected to be added, indicating a focus on increasing on-premise spend through diversified dining formats.

In the events segment, the hotel plans to offer more than 8,000 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space, with indoor venues capable of hosting up to 600 guests. This positions the property to tap into the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) segment, which continues to grow in Greater Noida due to large-format venues and upcoming infrastructure.

The property is owned by Shivay LLP, marking its entry into hospitality. R.K. Tandon, Managing Director of Pride Premier Greater Noida, a unit of Shivay LLP, said, “The hospitality sector plays a significant role in the Indian economy, and our primary goal is to create employment opportunities for the youth. This hotel will generate jobs for many people and contribute meaningfully to the region’s growth. With the upcoming Jewar Airport, Greater Noida will witness enhanced global connectivity, leading to a major boom in the hotel industry. Pride Premier Greater Noida is fully prepared to lead this transformation and deliver world-class experiences to its guests.”

Mohammad Shoeb, Vice President—North Region, Pride Hotels Group, added, "The opening of Pride Premier Greater Noida is a testament to the growing potential of Greater Noida as a prime destination for business and leisure. The development of the upcoming Jewar Airport has significantly enhanced the region's connectivity, positioning Greater Noida as a thriving hub for both domestic and international travelers. With this strategic infrastructure in place, the area is rapidly transforming into a key business center, attracting global companies, conferences, and events. As the region continues to grow, Pride Premier Greater Noida is well-positioned to meet the rising demand for high-quality accommodations, offering a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and local charm for travelers and businesses alike."

The opening reflects a broader trend of hotel operators increasing capacity in NCR’s peripheral markets such as Greater Noida, where demand is being supported by upcoming infrastructure projects including Noida International Airport and sustained activity in exhibitions and corporate events.
