Delhi’s popular specialty coffee destination, Pour Over Coffee Roasters has reopened its Khan Market outlet with a refreshed concept centered around an all-new AM-to-PM bar experience. Designed as a space that evolves seamlessly through the day from early morning coffee rituals to late-night cocktails — the revamped café, restaurant, and bar reflectr the brand’s focus on community, culture, and conscious brewing.

Open daily from 7 AM until midnight, the redesigned space stays rooted in POCR’s philosophy of transparent sourcing, quality craftsmanship, and approachable hospitality. Founded by siblings Ritika Sharma and Aditya Sharma, the brand has steadily built a loyal following by bringing together global coffee culture and warm, contemporary Indian hospitality in the heart of the capital.

The revamped food menu mirrors this all-day approach, offering dishes that transition effortlessly from breakfast to dinner. Morning offerings include Classic Granola Parfait, Shokupan French Toast, American Buttermilk Pancakes, Croissant Sandwiches, Mediterranean Shakshouka Skillet, and Mumbai-style Keema Pao. Through the day, guests can opt for lighter plates such as Quinoa & Avocado Salad, Burrata Salad, House Caesar Salad, Chilli Avocado Toast, and Wild Mushroom & Truffle Sourdough.

The menu further expands with hearty comfort bowls like the Fajita Bowl and Mediterranean Bowl, alongside an extensive selection of burgers, sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, pizzas, pastas, and risottos. For diners seeking larger plates, the kitchen also serves Rosemary Lamb Chops, Red Wine-Braised Chicken, Seared Sole, and Truffle Tofu Steak. Desserts such as the baked Cheesecake, Chocolate Marquise Cake, and Tiramisu complete the globally inspired, comfort-driven dining experience.

A key highlight of the relaunch is the introduction of the AM–PM bar, envisioned as a natural extension of the café’s social and conversational atmosphere. Inspired by the same precision and creativity that define its coffee program, the cocktail menu blends approachable flavours with inventive techniques.

Among the signature serves are Sprig & Giggle — a refreshing white wine spritz infused with rosemary and orange peel and Moo & Brew, featuring house-made coffee liqueur topped with oat milk foam. Stem & Stone combines gin with green apple and celery juice, while bolder concoctions like Piñapeñato mix tequila with jalapeño, cherry tomato, and citrus notes. Other standout drinks include Aurora Bitter, Vine & Leaf, PO’s Espresso Martini, All-Day Bloody Mary, Malt & Mash, North & Nectar, Mentha & Thorn, and Sweet Spot.

With its refreshed interiors, expanded culinary offerings, and newly introduced bar program, POCR further positions itself as a vibrant all-day destination where specialty coffee, food, and cocktails coexist in a thoughtfully curated setting.
