
Novotel Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Prashant Das as Director of Revenue Management, further strengthening its commercial leadership. With more than 8 years of industry experience, he brings hands-on expertise in revenue optimisation, demand management and commercial planning across multiple hotel formats.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with several established hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Sayaji Hotels Group, Revnomix, Holiday Inn, Hyatt, Hilton and Ramada. Most recently, he served as Corporate Revenue Manager – Regional at Sayaji Hotels Group, where he was responsible for driving forecasting models, pricing structures, distribution strategy and market analytics. His professional background also includes cluster revenue roles with The Westin Mumbai Garden City and Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, giving him exposure to multi-property and multi-brand commercial operations.
In his new role at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, Mr. Das will oversee the hotel’s revenue management function, with a focus on pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, channel efficiency and market positioning. His experience working within large hotel systems and data-driven commercial environments is expected to support the property’s revenue performance and long-term business objectives.
