Restaurant India News: Novotel Hyderabad & HICC Appoint Anuradha Solanki as People & Culture Manager

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre have appointed Anuradha Solanki as People and Culture Manager. The appointment comes as the integrated hotel and convention complex sharpens its focus on workforce strategy and operational alignment.

With five years of experience in human resources within hospitality, Anuradha brings domain expertise in talent and culture management. Her background includes employee engagement, talent acquisition, HR policy execution, and leadership capability building across hotel environments.

Anuradha said, “I am truly thrilled to be returning to Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC. Having previously been part of the team here from August 2023 to December 2024, it feels like coming back to a place I deeply understand and value. The scale, energy, and collaborative culture of this hotel and convention complex are truly unique, and I am excited to reconnect with colleagues and contribute to strengthening an environment where everyone feels supported, inspired, and able to thrive, while contributing meaningfully to the hotel’s vision and growth.”

Before rejoining the Hyderabad property, she served as People and Culture Manager at ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, where she managed end-to-end HR operations. Her responsibilities included strengthening engagement frameworks and aligning HR strategy with business performance metrics. Her professional journey with Accor and other hospitality brands has given her operational exposure to workforce management in high-volume hotel settings.

In her current mandate, Anuradha will oversee learning and development initiatives, recruitment planning, and onboarding processes aimed at sustaining workforce stability across both the hotel and convention arms of the complex.

Rubin Cherian, General Manager, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC, said, “We are delighted to welcome Anuradha to our leadership team. Her people-first approach and strong HR expertise will further strengthen our culture and colleague experience.”

An MBA in Human Resources Management and a gold medallist in Business Management, Anuradha combines academic grounding with operational experience. Her return highlights the growing importance of structured HR leadership in large-format hospitality assets where employee retention, engagement, and service consistency directly influence business outcomes.

Particularly convention-led properties, leadership in the People and Culture function is increasingly linked to productivity, compliance, and long-term brand positioning. This appointment reflects a continued investment in internal capability building at one of Hyderabad’s key hospitality hubs.
