Restaurant India News: Espire Hospitality Appoints Two Directors of Sales to Boost ZANA and Country Inn Growth

Espire Hospitality Limited has expanded its commercial leadership team with the appointment of Daksh Shandilya and Ashwini Alpesh Taware as Directors of Sales. The move signals a sharper sales-driven strategy as the company looks to consolidate and expand its footprint across priority markets for ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts.

Daksh Shandilya brings over nine years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing. His background includes business development, key account management, and market expansion. He has previously worked with established hotel groups such as The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Lemon Tree Hotels, Treehouse Hotels & Resorts, and Old-World Hospitality. Over the years, he has managed competitive territories and handled segments including PCO, DMC, and MICE, focusing on structured sales planning and long-term client partnerships.

Ashwini Alpesh Taware joins with more than a decade of experience spanning corporate sales, travel trade, events, and MICE. Her professional journey includes roles with Lemon Tree Hotels, Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik, Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, and The Orchid Hotel Mumbai. She has worked across both property-level sales functions and national sales offices, giving her exposure to regional demand patterns and institutional client requirements.

Akhil Arora, CEO and MD, Espire Hospitality Limited, said, “Our focus has always been on building strong leadership teams that can take our brands forward in a competitive market. Daksh and Ashwini come with solid industry experience and a clear understanding of how today’s hospitality business works. Their addition strengthens our focus to grow our market footprint, deepen our engagement with key partners, and drive consistent performance across ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts.”

In their new roles, both executives will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding key accounts, and aligning revenue strategy with Espire Hospitality’s long-term growth plans. Especially in the leisure and midscale segments, strengthening sales leadership remains critical as brands compete for higher share across corporate, travel trade, and MICE demand streams.
