Noor Mahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection Hotel, part of Marriott International’s premium Autograph Collection portfolio, has appointed Teena Nichani as Director of Operations. The move comes as the property continues to position itself as a key luxury asset in the NCR hospitality market, particularly across weddings, MICE, and experiential stays.
Nichani brings over 26 years of experience across hotel operations, revenue management, sales, and marketing. She has previously held leadership roles with major hospitality brands such as Radisson Hotel Group, Sayaji Hotels, The Park Hotels, and Fern Hotels & Resorts (now aligned with the Series by Marriott platform). Across these roles, she has been involved in scaling business performance, building revenue strategies, and managing multi-functional teams.
Her track record includes consistent year-on-year revenue growth, strong RevPAR delivery in competitive markets, and expansion across corporate, MICE, and wedding segments. She has also worked on identifying new revenue streams and executing commercial strategies aligned with market demand.
This appointment marks a shift in her role from core commercial functions to full-scale operations. The transition reflects a broader industry trend where revenue-led leadership is increasingly being integrated into operational decision-making.
At Noor Mahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection Hotel, Nichani will oversee end-to-end hotel operations. Her responsibilities include revenue optimization, sales strategy, and overall commercial performance. She will also lead marketing efforts, including digital outreach, public relations, and participation in industry platforms to enhance market visibility. A key part of her role will involve ensuring compliance with Autograph Collection standards while maintaining differentiated guest experiences aligned with the brand.
Her experience includes handling pre-opening projects, launching luxury hotel properties, and setting up regional sales offices. She has worked across both domestic and international markets, giving her exposure to varied demand cycles and customer segments.
Colonel Manbeer Choudhary, CMD, Noormahal Group, indicated that Nichani’s background in revenue strategy and operations is expected to support the property’s long-term performance goals.
Roop Partap Choudhary, Executive Director, Noormahal Group, said, “We are delighted to welcome Teena Nichani to the Noormahal family at such a significant juncture for Noor Mahal Delhi NCR – Autograph Collection Hotel. I am confident that Teena’s strategic vision and commitment to excellence will further strengthen our position in the luxury hospitality segment and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our guests and partners.”
The hotel holds strategic importance as the first Autograph Collection property in India under Marriott International. This positioning places additional focus on maintaining brand standards while catering to high-value segments such as destination weddings and corporate events.
