
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has expanded its Gujarat portfolio with the launch of a new franchised property, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels Vadodara. The opening is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to scale its presence in high-growth regional markets through asset-light expansion.
The property features 42 rooms and includes core hospitality infrastructure such as a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, and other guest facilities. The format is aligned with the brand’s midscale positioning, targeting both business and social event demand in the city.
This launch marks Lemon Tree’s third operational property in Vadodara, reinforcing its focus on cities that offer a mix of industrial activity and cultural relevance. The company has been increasing its footprint in Gujarat as part of a broader regional growth strategy.
