Restaurant India News: Kouzina Eyes Rs 200 Crore Revenue as Franchise-Led Growth Accelerates

Kouzina Food Tech Private Limited has reported a strong growth outlook, projecting revenues of Rs 115 crore in FY26, a 43 percent increase from Rs 80 crore in FY25. The company is further targeting Rs 200 crore in FY27, aiming for a 74 percent growth as it looks to strengthen scale and profitability.

The company currently operates more than 10,000 virtual restaurants through a network of over 350 cloud and partner kitchens spread across 125 cities in India. Over the next five years, Kouzina plans to expand to more than 2,000 partner-led locations, with a long-term revenue target of over Rs 1,500 crore.

To support its expansion plans, Kouzina is increasing investments in technology, AI, talent, and its franchise partner ecosystem. The company has also introduced a 24/7 centralised “Control Tower” system to maintain food quality, hygiene standards, operational consistency, supply chain efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction across its kitchens.

Backed by a growing portfolio of owned and licensed brands, stronger delivery platform integrations, and an active mergers and acquisitions pipeline, the company said it remains focused on expanding India’s food franchising ecosystem while supporting entrepreneurs in building scalable F&B businesses. Founded in 2019, Kouzina is a Bengaluru-based food-tech company that develops and scales delivery-first restaurant brands through cloud kitchens and partner-operated outlets across the country.

Geetika Anand Gupta, CMO, Kouzina Food Tech Private Limited, said, “FY26 has been a milestone year for us, validating our platform-led approach to building food brands at scale. As we enter FY27, our focus is clear—accelerates growth, deepen profitability, and strengthen our partner ecosystem. We are no longer just a cloud kitchen company; we are building the operating system for India’s food entrepreneurs. From brands and supply chain to demand generation and technology, we provide everything our partners need to run profitable F&B businesses at scale.”
