Restaurant India News: KFC India Launches Dunked Range with Fiery Texas BBQ Sauce in 2026

KFC India has started 2026 with a menu expansion focused on flavour customisation and value-driven innovation, introducing the new Dunked range across its national network. The launch reflects the brand’s ongoing strategy to refresh its core chicken offerings while responding to consumer demand for bold, sauce-forward formats.

The Dunked range features KFC’s existing chicken products coated in an all-new Fiery Texas BBQ sauce. The menu includes the Chicken Zinger, Chicken Wings, Chicken Leg Pieces, and Boneless Chicken Strips, all finished with the same sauce treatment to create a consistent, sauce-led eating experience. The new range builds on KFC’s established fried chicken portfolio while adding a differentiated layer through flavour application rather than new product formats.

From a hospitality and quick-service restaurant perspective, the Dunked range allows KFC to leverage existing supply chains, kitchen infrastructure, and high-performing SKUs while driving incremental sales through a new flavour profile. The focus on a single hero sauce also simplifies operations at scale, especially across a large footprint like India.

The Dunked range is available at all 1300+ KFC restaurants in India for dine-in and takeaway. It is also accessible through the KFC app, the brand’s official website, and leading food delivery platforms. Customers can pre-order using the KFC app while dining in, allowing them to bypass in-store queues, a move aligned with the brand’s digital-first ordering strategy.

Pricing for the Dunked range starts at Rs 89, positioning it within the brand’s mass-market affordability framework. With this rollout, KFC continues to focus on menu extensions that balance operational efficiency, digital integration, and flavour innovation, reinforcing its leadership in India’s organised quick-service restaurant sector.
