
Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa has appointed Apurav Bhatia as its new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. He brings over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong background in managing restaurant operations, beverage concepts, and large-scale banqueting.
In his new role, Apurav will oversee all food and beverage operations at the resort, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, events, and banquets. His focus will be on enhancing guest experiences through improved menus, service standards, and the inclusion of local culinary influences.
Drawing inspiration from Uttarakhand’s regional cuisine, he plans to incorporate local ingredients and flavours into contemporary dining formats. He will also focus on weddings and social events, with an emphasis on customised offerings and smooth execution.
Apurav also aims to introduce wellness-focused dining options, sustainable practices, and mindful beverage programs, in line with Hyatt’s global standards. His approach will combine creativity with operational efficiency, while maintaining high hygiene standards and continuous team training.
