JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has launched BarQat, a new dining destination celebrating India's culinary heritage of various regions.

The restaurant takes diners on a journey through four of India’s most storied culinary regions — Kashmir, Lucknow, Bhopal, and Hyderabad tracing the flavours that connect them along a shared cultural route. BarQat, meaning abundance in Urdu, celebrates this richness by blending heritage with innovation.

Honouring age-old recipes while adding a modern touch, BarQat showcases how similar dishes evolved in distinct ways across regions. Each creation tells a story of tradition, transformation, and the timeless depth of Indian cuisine.
