
JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa has appointed Ershad Mullick as Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverages, strengthening its leadership team as hospitality operators continue to focus on enhancing dining experiences and operational performance.
Mullick brings more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise across food and beverage operations, restaurant management, revenue generation, guest engagement, and team leadership.
Before joining JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at Park Hyatt Chennai, where he was responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations with a focus on business growth, beverage development, operational efficiency, and guest experience. During his career, he has also held leadership positions with hospitality brands including Hyatt Regency Kolkata, ANDAZ Delhi, and Hyatt Hotels.
In his new role, Mullick will be responsible for managing the resort’s food and beverage operations across restaurants and banquet venues. His responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, supporting innovation across dining concepts, and strengthening the property's food and beverage performance.

Mullick holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management and has built his career across restaurant operations, banquets, beverage strategy, and food and beverage leadership roles within the luxury hospitality sector.
