Restaurant India News: FOO Launches 15th Outlet in India with New Juhu Restaurant

FOO has expanded its Mumbai footprint with the launch of a new outlet in Juhu, marking its 15th restaurant across India and 10th location in Mumbai. The new restaurant has opened at Eden Square in Juhu as part of the brand’s ongoing expansion strategy in metro markets.

The 1700 sqft outlet has a seating capacity of 80 guests and has been designed with a curved layout integrating indoor and outdoor dining areas. The space includes a tensile canopy structure, open-air seating, greenery installations, sculptural lighting, and a central red marble bar counter positioned as the primary social area.

The restaurant continues FOO’s focus on experience-led dining formats as competition within the premium casual dining segment increases across Mumbai’s hospitality market.

The menu, curated by Chef Eric Sifu, includes more than 100 Pan-Asian dishes covering sushi, dim sum, Nikkei cuisine, and Peruvian ceviche. Signature dishes include the FOO Blue Butter Japanese Fried Rice with FOO Yellow Curry, Truffle Togarashi Black Rice Maki, Truffle Lobster Dumplings, and Charcoal Har Gow with gold dust. The outlet also offers vegetarian and Jain menu options.

The beverage programme includes cocktails such as the Yuzu Negroni, FOO King, Florista, and Miso Sour, along with sake selections and boba teas. The dessert menu includes the brand’s Mount Foo-Ji platter.
