Restaurant India News: ITC Hotels Expands in South India with Two New Welcomhotel Signings in Hyderabad and Nellore

ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) has announced the signing of two new management agreements with DSR Hospitality Services for hotels in Nellore and Hyderabad under the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels brand. The partnership marks an important step in ITC Hotels’ strategy to strengthen its portfolio in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, further expanding its footprint across South India.

The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Hyderabad Panjagutta will include 117 rooms and more than 800 square meters of meeting and event space. The Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Nellore will feature 127 rooms and over 2600 square meters of meeting space. Both properties are expected to cater to a growing demand for premium hospitality in these rapidly developing markets.

The expansion aligns with ITC Hotels’ asset-right strategy, which focuses on growing its presence across India through management contracts and partnerships with regional developers. The strategy allows the brand to scale efficiently while maintaining operational and service excellence.
