ITC Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a 150-key hotel under its recently launched premium brand, Epiq Collection, in Jaipur’s Bagru region. Spread across a 12-acre site with access to key cultural and commercial zones, the property is scheduled to open in 2030 and will add to the company’s expanding premium hospitality portfolio in heritage-driven destinations.
The upcoming Epiq Collection Jaipur, Bagru has been planned as a resort-led development, aligning with the brand’s positioning around regionally inspired architecture and experience-focused hospitality. The design is expected to draw from Rajasthan’s architectural and artisanal traditions while integrating contemporary operational standards, reflecting Jaipur’s dual role as a heritage city and a modern travel hub.
This signing expands the national presence of the Epiq Collection, as ITC Hotels Limited continues to focus on destinations known for cultural significance and distinct local identity. From an industry perspective, the move reflects the growing demand for curated, destination-led properties that combine local storytelling with structured luxury and operational scale.
Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “Every journey meanders through destinations and the most impactful ones leave a lasting impression. We look forward to sharing beautiful facets of Rajasthan’s story through Epiq Collection Jaipur, Bagru, in a way that feels contemporary yet deeply authentic. Jaipur has always held a special place in India’s travel landscape, where heritage, tourism and modern aspirations intersect in a powerful way. At the same time, the city’s evolving hospitality landscape presents a clear demand for thoughtfully curated guest experiences. This signing reflects our continued belief in building distinctive hotels that don’t just offer rooms, but a sense of place and discovery. Your Epic Journey begins at the Epiq Collection”.
Mohammad Farooq, Director, Basalt Infrastructure Private Limited, said, “We are proud to work with ITC Hotels in introducing Epiq Collection to Jaipur. The city deserves a hotel that offers modern conveniences along with the cultural warmth Rajasthan is known for. Together, we look forward to creating a property that stands out as a new benchmark in hospitality and cuisine expertise.”
The hotel’s location will allow connectivity to both Jaipur and Pushkar, positioning it as a base for travellers exploring major heritage, leisure, and cultural circuits in Rajasthan. The property will focus on personalised services aligned with the brand’s emphasis on authenticity and execution standards, with the intent of delivering consistent guest experiences.
From a hospitality industry standpoint, the signing underlines ITC Hotels Limited’s strategy of expanding its premium brands through managed developments in high-potential tourism markets. The Epiq Collection Jaipur, Bagru is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in Rajasthan while addressing evolving consumer expectations for experiential yet operationally robust luxury hospitality.
