Restaurant India News: Guacamole Co. Launches First Mexican-Inspired QSR Outlet in Delhi

Delhi’s quick service restaurant market has added a new Mexican-inspired entrant with the launch of Guacamole Co. in Punjabi Bagh. The brand has entered the city’s growing casual dining and QSR segment with a menu centered on customizable meals, fresh ingredients, and lighter comfort food options.

The outlet’s offering includes tacos, burrito bowls, enchiladas, wraps, salads, loaded nachos, and multiple variations of house-made guacamole. Customers can choose from fillings such as Crispy Mushroom, Chipotle Paneer, Chipotle Chicken, and Birria across several menu categories. The appetizer range includes Tex-Mex Corn Ribs, Grilled Chipotle Chicken Skewers, and Habanero Chicken Wings.

The menu also features products like Millet Nachos Picante and Birria Lamb Nachos, alongside house-made dips and guacamoles in variants including Mango Chile and Con Piña. The beverage section includes handcrafted drinks and fruit coolers, while desserts include churros and the Choco Loco Taco.

With growing consumer demand for customizable and globally inspired fast-casual formats, Guacamole Co. is positioning itself within Delhi’s competitive neighbourhood dining market through an ingredient-focused approach and a format designed for repeat consumption.

The restaurant’s interiors follow a contemporary design language with avocado-green accents, warm lighting, and an informal dine-in setup aimed at both quick meals and casual gatherings.
