Restaurant India News: FOO Opens Largest Bengaluru Restaurant in Indiranagar with Foo Brew Debut

FOO has expanded its presence in Bengaluru with the opening of a new restaurant in Indiranagar, marking its largest launch in the city. Located in one of Bengaluru's key dining and nightlife hubs, the new outlet strengthens the brand's expansion strategy in one of India's most competitive food and beverage markets.

Spread across 2,660 sq. ft., the restaurant has been designed to cater to a wide range of dining occasions, including casual meals, after-work gatherings and social dining. The outlet features a central bar along with interiors that combine contemporary design with natural materials and bold colour elements.

The restaurant continues FOO's Pan-Asian dining format, offering a menu of more than 100 varieties of Asian tapas inspired by cuisines from across the region. The selection includes sushi, dim sum, Nikkei-inspired dishes and a variety of small plates designed for shared dining.

The beverage programme features signature cocktails prepared using Asian ingredients such as yuzu, miso, sake and house-infused spirits. Signature drinks include Foo King, Pickled Picante and Foo Queen.

The Indiranagar outlet also marks the Bengaluru debut of Foo Brew, the brand's Japanese rice beer. The beverage has been introduced as part of the restaurant's beverage portfolio and is positioned to complement the Pan-Asian menu. Guests will also have access to a curated sake selection and non-alcoholic beverages.
