Restaurant India News: Encalm Launches Encalm Eats, Debuts IndiSip Café at Delhi Airport

Airport hospitality company Encalm has expanded its business portfolio with the launch of Encalm Eats, a dedicated food and beverage division focused on developing in-house culinary concepts and managing partner brands across multiple hospitality formats.

The move marks Encalm’s entry into the organised food services segment, building on its existing presence in the airport hospitality ecosystem. The new vertical will focus on creating food and beverage brands centred on consumer preferences, operational consistency, and scalable hospitality-led dining experiences.

As its first venture under the new platform, Encalm Eats has launched IndiSip at Delhi Airport. The café concept is positioned around Indian beverage traditions and regional snack offerings, targeting travellers looking for familiar flavours in a quick-service format.

The menu features a range of tea varieties including Ginger Cardamom, Kesar, Gulab, and Kashmiri Kahwa, alongside espresso-based beverages, iced coffees, and shakes. The food selection includes products such as Masala Samosa, Khopara Patties, Irani Bun Maska, Achari Paneer Tikka Wraps, and Chicken Tikka Wraps, in addition to café staples including croissants, muffins, and cookies.
