Restaurant India News: EBG Group to Expand Natuf Café Across India with 100+ Stores by 2026

EBG Group, a diversified business conglomerate, has announced a major expansion plan for its flagship food and beverage brand, Natuf Café, aiming to establish it among India’s fastest-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) chains in the next year.

Focused on promoting healthier and more sustainable eating habits, the brand is built around a menu that is protein-rich, low-carb, low-fat, low-sugar, and entirely plastic-free. By introducing authentic Levantine cuisine to Indian consumers, Natuf Café is positioning itself as a differentiated player in the evolving QSR landscape.

The expansion strategy includes a multi-format approach—combining corporate-owned stores, franchise outlets, cloud kitchens, and exclusive retail cafés. EBG Group plans to invest between Rs 10–75 lakh per location in the coming year to drive Natuf Café’s presence across key Indian cities, reflecting the group’s focus on scaling responsibly while maintaining operational efficiency.

As part of its aggressive growth target, Natuf Café intends to open over 100 stores across India by the end of 2026. The company also aims to double its revenue by the end of the current financial year, supported by strong infrastructure, expanding market access, and increasing consumer preference for nutritious and globally inspired meals.

Natuf Café’s concept aligns with EBG Group’s People–Planet–Profit philosophy, emphasizing health, authenticity, and environmental responsibility. The brand stands out for offering Levantine-inspired dishes that combine nutrition with convenience, catering to a growing segment of health-conscious consumers. Its plastic-free supply chain reinforces EBG’s broader sustainability commitment.

“At EBG, we build for People–Planet–Profit. With Natuf Café, we are bringing food that not only delights taste buds but also supports healthier lifestyles and a sustainable future. This is about more than expansion; it is about scaling a movement,” said Hari Kiran, Co-founder and COO, EBG Group.

“At Natuf, we see food as more than nourishment—it is heritage, connection, and culture on a plate. Bringing Levantine flavors to India is deeply personal to me, a way of sharing my roots while embracing India’s dynamic culinary future. With this partnership, we are proud to scale authentic, protein-rich, and plastic-free Levantine cuisine across the country, while keeping health, authenticity, and sustainability at the heart of every meal,” added Amer Juneidi, Founder and CEO of Natuf.

Natuf Café’s expansion underscores the growing opportunity in India’s QSR sector, driven by young consumers seeking healthier and more responsible dining options. By combining international flavors with sustainable operations, the brand aims to redefine how fast food is perceived in India.
