
Jaipur-based patisserie Dzurt by Chef Tejasvi Chandela has announced the opening of its latest outlet at Horizon Tower, Jewel of India, JLN Marg, Malviya Nagar. The new location represents an evolution of the brand’s concept — combining a patisserie, creamery, and café under one roof to create a cohesive culinary experience.
The space reflects Dzurt’s ongoing focus on craftsmanship and contemporary design. Conceptualized by designer Marie-Anne Oudejans, the interiors are inspired by Jaipur’s architectural and cultural identity, reimagined with a modern perspective. Known for her work across several of Jaipur’s landmark properties, Marie-Anne has developed a setting that integrates local artistry with an international design sensibility.
“From the very beginning, our aim has been to honour heritage while embracing the new—in both flavour & form. The design aesthetics too of the new space capture the soul of Jaipur making it feel more intimate and contemporary,” said Chef Tejasvi Chandela, Founder, Dzurt Jaipur.
“Every creation at Dzurt is rooted in thoughtful craftsmanship – a contemporary interpretation of European classics, with occasional Indian pairings that add warmth, nostalgia, and surprise. Dzurt has always been about more than desserts; it’s fueled by emotions – crafted to evoke the same joy, nostalgia, and warmth you feel when indulging in your favourite flavours. With this new space, my hope is that what we make brings not only delight, but also a quiet touch of grace to every celebration,” she added.
Established in 2013 as Jaipur’s first patisserie, Dzurt has evolved into a comprehensive food destination offering signature desserts, small-batch artisanal gelato, and savoury dishes that reflect local influences. The brand’s signature creations include the Kulfi Falooda Gelato with Pink Vermicelli, Lemon Tart Gelato topped with a Lemon Macaron, Junglee Maas Sourdough Pizza, and Garlic Bread with Rajasthani Garlic Chutney. Its product range also features festive collections like the Pink City Ghewar Tart and Chai BonBons, part of its Jaipur Gifting Line.
As Dzurt expands, it continues to strengthen its identity as a Jaipur-born brand that balances flavour innovation with design-led presentation. The new store marks the next step in its long-term strategy to grow thoughtfully while maintaining its core focus on emotion-driven craftsmanship.
