Dirty Apron has reopened in New Delhi, bringing back its signature style of slow-paced, flavour-driven dining. Now operating out of The Piano Man at Eldeco Centre, the restaurant returns under the leadership of Chef Manoj Pandey with a refreshed identity focused on craftsmanship and thoughtful cooking.
The revamped space continues Dirty Apron’s hallmark blend of European comfort and Asian influences, presented through a menu that reflects the restaurant’s long-standing reputation for experimental, boundary-pushing cuisine. The atmosphere shifts through the day bright and calm in the afternoon, transitioning into a warm, intimate setting by evening, while service remains relaxed, unhurried and attentive.
The new menu highlights include Reconstructed Tom Kha, Caesar Salad 2.0, Edamame & Truffle Dimsum, Quinoa, Asparagus & Truffle Risotto, Spicy Miso Black Cod and Yuzu Bar, showcasing a mix of familiar comfort and inventive flair.
With seating for 30–35 guests, the reopened venue also positions itself as a fitting choice for private gatherings, team dinners and intimate celebrations, offering a personalised dining experience without the pressure of time.
