Restaurant India News: IHCL Signs New Taj Hotel and Luxury Residences in Noida

Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has signed a new Taj hotel along with Taj-branded luxury residences in Noida. The greenfield project, coming up along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, will be developed under a management contract. The upcoming hotel will include 150 guest rooms and 74 high-end branded residences. It will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and two specialty restaurants. For events, the property will offer an 8,000 sq ft ballroom, pre-function areas, and flexible meeting rooms.

Recreational amenities will include a swimming pool, gym, health club, and Taj’s signature J Wellness Circle. Each branded residence will span 7,500 sq ft and offer access to a dedicated Residents’ Club with terraced gardens, a lounge, sports facilities, a play area, and an infinity pool.
