Daryaganj has expanded its portfolio with the launch of Rolls & Kebab by Daryaganj, a delivery-focused format designed to extend its North Indian menu into the quick-service category. The move reflects a strategic shift toward convenience-led consumption, targeting customers seeking faster access to established brand flavours outside the dine-in environment.
After operating six outlets globally under the Rolls & Kebab by Daryaganj format, the brand is scaling the concept to bring its offerings directly to consumers’ homes. The initiative is positioned around speed of delivery and portability, while retaining the recipes and cooking techniques associated with the parent brand.
The menu centres on vegetarian and non-vegetarian rolls prepared using established marinades, tandoor-style cooking methods, and balanced spice blends. Items are wrapped in rumali roti and accompanied by mint chutney, onions, and chaat masala to maintain consistency with traditional North Indian serving formats. The lineup includes Paneer Tikka, Soya Malai Chaap, Aloo Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Malai Tikka, Chicken Seekh, Bhatti Chicken, Mutton Seekh, and Sole Fish Tikka.
The format is positioned as an anytime food option, catering to occasions such as working lunches, late-night orders, and on-the-go meals. By structuring the menu into roll-based formats, the brand is adapting legacy dishes into compact, delivery-friendly SKUs suited for aggregator platforms and direct ordering channels.
Amit Bagga, Co-founder & CEO of Daryaganj, said, “Rolls & Kebab by Daryaganj was created for people who love our food but want it in a quicker, more convenient format. It carries the same recipes, techniques and flavours we have followed for decades, just wrapped in a way that fits into today’s fast-moving lifestyles.”
The launch highlights a broader hospitality trend where established dine-in brands are developing parallel delivery-first verticals to capture incremental revenue. By repackaging core menu strengths into a streamlined, transport-friendly format, Daryaganj is seeking to strengthen brand recall while participating in India’s expanding quick-delivery food segment.
