CureFoods’ rapid expansion across multiple food brands has been closely supported by Hyperpure’s supply chain and procurement infrastructure, creating a backend operating model that is increasingly being referenced within the hospitality and foodservice industry. The collaboration reflects how technology-led procurement and quality control can enable menu diversification and large-scale execution without operational strain.
Ankit N., Founder of CureFoods, had previously stated that if a pizza brand decided to sell burgers, Hyperpure should be able to support that transition. That approach translated into execution when Olio Pizza expanded into burgers through Phat Burger, with both brands scaling simultaneously under the CureFoods portfolio. During this growth phase, Hyperpure supported consistency and sourcing standards across more than 500 outlets.
A key development in this partnership has been the integration between CureFoods’ central kitchen point-of-sale system and Hyperpure’s procurement platform. The system automates the full procurement cycle, from raising purchase orders to generating Goods Received Notes. The automation removes manual intervention across stages, reducing errors and enabling standardisation at scale. This integration is positioned as one of the first of its kind within India’s organised foodservice ecosystem.
Operational discipline and food safety remain central to the collaboration. Ankit N. has previously highlighted the importance of being deeply cautious about food quality, a mindset Hyperpure aligns with closely. “Only the paranoid survive” is a principle the Hyperpure team references internally, reflecting a focus on control, traceability, and process adherence across its supply chain operations.
Hyperpure’s Culinary Development Centre plays a role in aligning partners around these standards, supporting menu development while maintaining consistency across formats and locations. The CureFoods partnership demonstrates how backend systems, rather than front-end branding alone, are becoming critical to sustainable scale in India’s organised F&B sector.
As CureFoods continues to expand its multi-brand portfolio, the operational framework built with Hyperpure is increasingly viewed as a scalable template for high-growth food businesses aiming to balance speed, quality, and control. The collaboration underscores a broader industry shift where procurement automation and integrated supply chains are emerging as key drivers of long-term competitiveness.
