Clarissa Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Swami Rama Himalayan University to strengthen collaboration between hospitality education and industry operations.
The partnership will focus on internships, campus placements, guest lectures, research collaborations, and joint certification programmes aimed at improving industry exposure for hospitality students.
Under the agreement, students will undergo industrial training for a period of three to six months across Clarissa Group’s hospitality properties located in Jim Corbett, Mukteshwar, and Goa, along with training opportunities at the company’s corporate office in Noida. The programme will provide operational exposure across front office, food and beverage service, kitchen operations, housekeeping, sales and marketing, revenue management, and digital marketing.
The collaboration will also include campus recruitment drives, pre-placement offers, and management trainee opportunities for selected students. Industry leaders from Clarissa Group are expected to conduct guest lectures and leadership sessions as part of the engagement.
