Restaurant India News: CinCin Opens Second Mumbai Outlet in Bandra West

Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) has expanded its Italian dining brand CinCin with the launch of a new outlet in Bandra West, marking its second location in Mumbai after the success of its BKC restaurant. Located on the 13th floor of Mansionz One on Linking Road, the 120-seater restaurant spans over 4,300 sq. ft. and offers indoor and alfresco dining with panoramic city views. 

Designed as an all-day dining destination, CinCin Bandra caters to everything from coffee meetings and leisurely lunches to sunset aperitivos, dinners, brunches, and weekend social gatherings. The restaurant is built around CinCin's philosophy of "Friends become Famiglia," creating a warm and interactive dining experience through signature welcome rituals, tableside beverage service, and celebratory experiences. Inspired by Italian piazzas and laneways, the interiors feature terracotta textures, patterned tiles, greenery, vintage-inspired lighting, a lively aperitivo bar, and a retractable-roof alfresco section.

Speaking about the launch, Udai Pinnali, CEO, Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, said, “Bandra has always had a strong appetite for culture-led dining and social experiences, making it the perfect next chapter for CinCin in Mumbai. With this space, we wanted to create a restaurant that feels alive throughout the day — somewhere guests can walk in for coffee, stay on for aperitivos, celebrate over dinner, and keep coming back to as their neighbourhood favourite.”

The menu focuses on ingredient-driven Italian cuisine, featuring handmade pastas, Neapolitan-style pizzas, and regional specialties. Signature dishes include Tajarin with truffle butter, Bombette, Crostini e Zucca, Napoli Pizza, Calamarata, Spaghetti Carbonara, Panna Cotta, and Tiramisu. The beverage programme celebrates Italian aperitivo culture with spritzes, cocktails, zero-proof drinks, and a curated selection of wines available by the glass. The restaurant also introduces its own house wines developed in partnership with a local vineyard.

CinCin Bandra also features "Cincineria," a specialty coffee programme inspired by Italy's neighbourhood café culture, further strengthening its position as an all-day social dining destination in one of Mumbai's most vibrant neighbourhoods.
