Restaurant India News: Chowman Opens New Restaurant in Ghansoli, Expands Mumbai Footprint to Four Outlets

Chowman has expanded its presence in Mumbai with the launch of a new outlet in Ghansoli, marking its fourth location in the city. The latest opening follows the brand’s entry into Mumbai last year and adds to its existing network comprising restaurants in Andheri West and Mira Road, along with a cloud kitchen in Powai.

Located at Alliance One in Sector 5, Ghansoli, the new 36-seater restaurant has been designed in line with Chowman’s established outlet format, featuring the brand’s signature interior theme and dine-in experience. The move reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its footprint in key suburban markets across Mumbai.

The menu includes a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings, with dishes such as Stir Fried Pak Choi in Chilli Garlic Sauce, Steamed Fish in Chinese Greens, Prawn Balls, Clay Pot Braised Chicken with Mushroom, Bangkok Street Noodle Bowl, Kolkata-Style Chilli Chicken, and Khao Suey. The company said the menu continues its emphasis on authentic recipes and quality ingredients.
