
Brigade Hospitality has appointed Chef Arokia Raj, widely known in the hospitality industry as Chef Stanley, as the Business Head – Operations for The Baking Company (TBC), its flagship bakery brand.
In his new role, Chef Stanley will oversee end-to-end business operations for the brand, including production planning, inventory management and culinary innovation initiatives aimed at supporting TBC's growth objectives. The appointment comes at a time when organised bakery businesses are increasingly focusing on operational efficiency, product innovation and standardisation to meet evolving consumer expectations within the premium foodservice segment.
