Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has announced the appointment of Chef Mohd. Asif Qureshi as Master Chef of Nazaara. With over 20 years of experience across leading hospitality brands in India and overseas, Chef Asif will bring his expertise in Indian, Mughlai, and Awadhi cuisines to enhance the hotel’s culinary identity.

Chef Asif joins the property from JW Marriott Bengaluru, where he served as Chef de Cuisine, curating dining experiences that showcased Indian flavours through a refined, modern approach. His previous roles include leadership positions at The Den Bengaluru, The Zuri Whitefield Bengaluru, ITC Fortune Select Trinity Bengaluru, Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar New Delhi, ITC Chola Sheraton Chennai, Radisson Hotel (GRT) Chennai, and ITC Maratha Mumbai. His international experience includes key culinary roles at Daalchini Restaurant, Dubai, and Move N Pick Hotels, Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Known for his command over traditional Indian cuisine, Chef Asif focuses on combining authenticity with innovation. His cooking style blends deep-rooted regional techniques with global influences, resulting in contemporary dishes that stay true to their origins.
