Restaurant India News: Chao Bella Introduces Limited-Time Dim Sum and Beer Experience in Greater Noida

Chao Bella, the Chinese and Italian restaurant at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, has launched a new dining concept titled “Bamboo Baskets & Brews” — a curated dim sum and beer pairing experience available until November 30, 2025.

Designed for relaxed evenings and social weekends, the offering combines handcrafted dim sums with freshly poured draught beer, presented through fixed-price combos starting at Rs 899. Each set has been curated to offer guests a seamless pairing experience that highlights both flavor and texture.

The menu showcases a range of Chao Bella’s signature dim sums known for their delicate preparation and balanced taste. The lineup includes Cheese and Edamame Truffle Oil Dim Sum, Crunchy Asparagus Crystal Dim Sum, Thai Vegetable and Herbs, and Lobster and Sole Laksa Sui Mai. Other popular selections include Prawns and Chives Dim Sum, Spicy Basil Chicken Har Gow, Pork Gyoza, and Crystal Tofu with Black Bean Chili Oil.
