Bruno’s Pizzeria, a new premium pizza brand designed for contemporary diners, has opened its flagship outlet in Gurgaon. The brand focuses on delivering authentic Naples-style sourdough pizzas made through a 48-hour fermentation process, combining artisanal techniques with a youthful, modern approach.

Founded by Neelam Singh, the entrepreneur behind The Burger Company, Bruno’s Pizzeria aims to bring a high-quality, ingredient-led dining experience to India’s premium casual dining segment. The company has built its operations around in-house production — from dough to sauces — with a central kitchen system that ensures consistent quality across locations.

The menu features a mix of signature offerings such as the TBT Margherita, truffle-based pizzas, hot honey drizzles, and bomb garlic bread, complemented by gourmet pastas, desserts, and a selection of specialty coffee and matcha. The brand also introduces limited-edition menu concepts like ‘Cheesy AF Week’ and merchandise that connect with younger customers.

The company is currently operating on a hybrid model with a primary focus on dine-in experiences. It plans to open over 10 stores across Delhi NCR during the current fiscal year, with future expansion targeted in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune. Bruno’s aims to achieve a valuation of Rs 50 crore by FY28 through a scalable and integrity-driven business model.

Located at SF 92, First Floor, Galleria Market, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon, Bruno’s Pizzeria positions itself as a social dining space that blends flavor with atmosphere. The brand is also exploring strategic partnerships to support its expansion while maintaining quality standards.
