After captivating diners in Dubai and India, Trèsind has arrived in London, marking the next chapter in the brand's global growth story and bringing its celebrated contemporary Indian dining experience to a new audience.
Located at 13–14 Hanover Street in Mayfair, Trèsind Mayfair is created by Passion F&B, the team behind Dubai’s three-Michelin-starred Trèsind Studio, and showcases the visionary culinary direction of Chef Himanshu Saini.
“Trèsind began in Dubai in 2014 as my father’s passion project, a modern interpretation of Indian cuisine rooted in creativity and hospitality. Over the years, it has evolved into a global story, and bringing it to London feels like a natural next chapter,” shared Suyash Nath, CEO of Passion F&B UK and US. “At Trèsind Mayfair, we will begin with tasting menus only, inviting guests to experience a carefully curated journey that reimagines Indian cuisine through Chef Himanshu’s progressive lens.”
The restaurant presents an immersive eight course tasting menu that balances Trèsind’s globally celebrated signatures with new dishes created specifically for London, while championing exceptional British produce set in one of London’s most prestigious addresses. Guests will be guided through a curated journey designed to encourage exploration beyond the familiar, reinterpreting India’s rich culinary heritage through a contemporary lens.

Signature highlights are presented through the £125 per person tasting menu, showcasing the diversity and depth of Indian flavours through a series of inventive dishes, including an earthy Mushroom Chai; tortellini with gorgonzola dolce served on smoked chicken makhani and chilli jam; lamb chop with rosemary vindaloo, paniyaram and chimichurri chutney; and Khichdi of India, a traditional household staple reinterpreted with over 20 spices sourced from across the country, each reflecting a distinct regional flavour profile.
The project is overseen by Chef Himanshu Saini and led on the ground by London Head Chef Amit Bagyal, who will bring the concept to life in the capital.

“London offers a unique platform for a concept like Tresind. The city's diversity and openness to experimentation allow us to push boundaries and present Indian cuisine in a more contemporary, global context - and London diners, having grown up with some of the world's finest Indian restaurants, are ready for the next conversation,” added Bagyal.
The bar at Trèsind Mayfair introduces An Indian Odyssey, a mixology concept exploring the depth and diversity of India’s regional drinking traditions. Drawing from centuries old culinary practices, indigenous ingredients, and lesser known local spirits, each cocktail reflects a sense of place and memory.

Designed by 1747, Trèsind Mayfair’s interiors mirror the philosophy of its cuisine, an exploration of India through a contemporary lens. Bespoke finishes, curated artworks, and refined materials create a space that balances tradition with modernity, offering a fully immersive experience. The ground floor is home to the main dining room and an intimate private dining space, both designed to evoke warmth, elegance, and subtle theatre. Below, a sleek, modern bar anchors the basement, alongside an experiential private room designed for curated tastings, special events, and immersive culinary moments.
Founded in Dubai in 2014 by Bhupender Nath, Trèsind derives its name from the French word "Très", meaning "very", and "Ind", a reference to India. The concept was created to redefine global perceptions of Indian cuisine and elevate it within the fine dining landscape.
