Restaurant India News: Burger King India Operator Narrows Quarterly Loss as Discounts Draw Customers

Restaurant Brands Asia Limited reported stronger financial results for the third quarter, supported by revenue growth, improved margins and a sharp reduction in losses.

EBITDA for the quarter increased to ₹956 million, up from ₹776.1 million in the same period last year, recording a year-on-year growth of 23.2%. EBITDA margin improved to 16.56% from 15.67% a year ago, indicating better operational efficiency and cost management.

The company significantly reduced its net loss to ₹70 million in the third quarter, compared to ₹186.3 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue rose to ₹5.8 billion during the quarter, up from ₹4.95 billion last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.2%.

The performance reflects Restaurant Brands Asia’s continued progress in strengthening operations, improving profitability and moving closer to sustainable growth.
