Restaurant India News: Ventive Hospitality Reports 27% YoY Revenue Growth in Q3 FY26

Ventive Hospitality Ltd announced its consolidated results for Q3 FY26, ended December 31, 2025. The company reported consolidated revenue of ₹722 crore, up 27% year-on-year. Consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹348 crore, a 25% year-on-year growth, with an EBITDA margin of 48%. Profit after tax was ₹141 crore, marking the fifth consecutive quarter of positive PAT.

Ventive’s hospitality business recorded revenue of ₹565 crore, growing 35% year-on-year. Hospitality EBITDA rose 54% year-on-year to ₹226 crore, with margins expanding by 5 percentage points to 40%.

Within hospitality, revenue from Indian hotels grew 22%, while EBITDA increased 35% year-on-year. The international hospitality business saw revenue growth of 46% and EBITDA growth of 73%. EBITDA margins stood at 41% for India and 39% for international operations.

Revenue from the company’s annuity portfolio, which includes commercial real estate and retail assets in Pune, was ₹128 crore, with EBITDA of ₹116 crore. In Q3 operational performance, Indian hotels reported a 17% increase in average daily rates, with stable occupancy at 62%. RevPAR in the India hospitality business grew 15% year-on-year.

The international hospitality business reported occupancy of 71%. On a same-store basis, occupancy rose to 65%, up 4 percentage point’s year-on-year. Food and beverage continued to support revenue growth. Indian hotels posted same-store TRevPAR of ₹15,985, up 14% year-on-year, while Maldives resorts reported same-store TRevPAR of ₹81,936, a 17% year-on-year increase.
