Restaurant India News: BNDRA W Debuts in Bandra with an All-Day Dining Format

BNDRA W, an all-day food and beverage destination in Bandra West. Operating daily from 9 AM to 1.30am, the new concept combines café, restaurant and bar formats within a single venue designed to cater to consumers throughout the day.

BNDRA W is a joint venture between Romeo, Francesca Smith and Suved Lohia Hospitality. The concept draws inspiration from the dining culture of Bandra, positioning itself as a neighbourhood destination for breakfast, work meetings, lunch, evening drinks and dinner.

The menu features an all-day breakfast selection that includes Granola Bowl, Accai Bowl, Parsi Akuri, Smoked Turkey Sandwiches, Truffle & Camembert Baguettes, Atlantic Benedict served in a croissant, Protein Power Bowls, New York Cheese Melt, freshly baked pastries, artisanal breads, pancakes, French toast and cinnamon rolls. The outlet has also developed a dedicated coffee programme as part of its daytime offering.

For lunch and dinner, the menu includes small plates, sharing dishes and main courses such as Crispy Enoki Mushrooms, Potato Mochi, Three Cheese Quesadilla, Mushroom Patte, Yellowfin Tuna Crispy Pizza, Truffle Buff Carpaccio, Lobster Roll, sushi, Anatolian Borek, Smash Burgers, Woodland Mushroom Risotto, Fresh Oysters, Roasted Bone Marrow and Thai Red Curry with Salmon. Guests can also choose from sourdough pizzas, salads, raw bar selections and Asian-inspired dishes.

The dessert menu features Seasonal Torrija, Chocolate Lava Cake, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Churros. The beverage programme includes specialty coffee, cocktails, wines and beer on tap. The signature cocktail menu has been inspired by personalities including Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe and Vincent Van Gogh.

The interiors, designed by Francesca Smith in collaboration with Kasa Atelier, combine conservatory-style architecture with Art Deco influences, incorporating glazed exteriors, chandeliers, greenery, black-and-white flooring, warm wood finishes and contemporary décor elements.

With its all-day operating model and multi-format food and beverage offering, BNDRA W aims to strengthen Mumbai's evolving neighbourhood dining landscape by catering to both casual and occasion-based consumption throughout the day.
