Restaurant India News: Bengaluru Hotel Market Gets a New Leader as Grand Mercure Appoints Satpreet Singh

Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall has appointed Satpreet Singh as the new Associate Director of Sales. Bringing more than 10 years of experience across established hospitality brands, he steps into the role with a background in sales leadership, revenue enhancement and client management.

His experience includes senior sales roles at Trinity Hotel Whitefield (ex-Fortune Hotel), Aloft Whitefield, Lemon Tree Whitefield, The Waverly Hotel and Residences, Hyatt Centric, Miraya Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. Most recently, he served as Associate Director of Sales–Unit Head (Pre-opening) at Trinity Hotel Whitefield, where his work focused on stronger market penetration and improving ADR to support better competitive positioning.

Satpreet is known for a hands-on leadership style and a structured, target-driven approach. He has built teams that deliver consistent performance and has worked on sales strategies centered on guest needs and long-term business stability.
