
Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel has promoted Stephen George to the position of Director of Operations, strengthening its leadership team as the property focuses on operational performance and guest experience.
George brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector and takes on the new role after serving as the hotel's Director of Food & Beverage. Since joining the property in 2024, he has contributed to improving operational performance, supporting business initiatives, leading food and beverage operations and overseeing large-scale events. He also played a key role during the hotel's renovation phase while building a high-performing team culture.
In his new role, George will work closely with the General Manager to oversee hotel operations, improve business performance, enhance guest satisfaction and maintain operational standards across departments in line with Marriott and Renaissance brand requirements.
