Oro Opens Flagship Specialty Coffee Café in Gurugram

Specialty coffee café Oro has opened its flagship outlet in Gurugram, marking the launch of the brand founded by Tisha Aggarwal. The café combines a specialty coffee programme with an all-day dining menu and is designed to cater to different dayparts, from morning coffee and work meetings to meals and evening catch-ups.

Oro's menu brings together globally influenced dishes, including the Italian Job, a burrata sandwich served in crisp schiacciata bread, along with a Chili Crisp Tamago Sando and Katsu Chicken Sando inspired by Japanese konbini food.

The bakery selection, prepared daily, includes Butter Croissants, Almond Croissants and Miso Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Desserts include Basque Cheesecake, Tiramisu and slow-baked Chocolate Cake.

The coffee programme focuses on beans sourced from North East, Goa and Tamil Nadu, with pour-over coffee forming part of the offering alongside classic preparations. Specialty drinks include Tiramisu Latte, Chocolate & Berry Cold Brew and Coconut Iced Latte. The beverage menu also includes matcha drinks, teas and coolers.

The café's format is aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs, remote workers, families and coffee consumers, with the space designed for quick coffee visits, informal business meetings, meals and small gatherings.

The Gurugram outlet will serve as Oro's flagship location as the brand focuses on establishing its presence in the local market before considering expansion across Delhi NCR. Future plans include seasonal food and beverage menus, new coffee offerings, wellness-focused additions and collaborations with artists, creators and lifestyle brands.
