Mazze Opens First Outlet at World St. Worldmark, Delhi

Mazze, a modern Indian quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand, has opened its first outlet at World St., Worldmark, Delhi, adding a vegetarian fast-casual format to the destination’s growing food and beverage portfolio.

The outlet is built around the brand’s “Make Veg Food Cool Again” positioning, with a menu that combines regional Indian flavours with contemporary formats and simplified presentation. The offering focuses on vegetarian versions of familiar Indian dishes alongside globally influenced items.

The new outlet has been designed around a fast-casual operating model, with counter ordering and self-order kiosks. Customers can choose between dine-in, takeaway and delivery, allowing the brand to cater to different consumption occasions and shorter dining visits.

Vishrut Rangwala, Director and Co-founder, said, “With Mazze, we're building a modern fast-casual vegetarian brand for the next generation of consumers. Our menu brings together Indian comfort food from regional classics to globally inspired dishes with an Indian soul, in a format that's quick, approachable and full of flavour. Alongside contemporary design, self-order technology and a seamless dine-in, takeaway and delivery experience, we're creating a brand that makes vegetarian food feel fresh, relevant and exciting again”

S. K. Sayal, MD & CEO, Bharti Real Estate, said, “World St. was built to bring together the brands and ideas shaping how people want to eat, work and spend their time today. Mazze's arrival is a great fit for that vision, it takes something deeply familiar, Indian vegetarian food, and presents it in a format that speaks to a younger, faster-moving audience. Its arrival adds to the diverse mix of contemporary, homegrown concepts that make World St. a dynamic destination.”

Mazze’s entry adds another contemporary Indian concept to World St., a pedestrian-focused F&B and lifestyle destination spanning nearly half a kilometre across 4, 5 and 6 Worldmark. The development already houses brands including Olive Garden, PF Chang’s, Magnolia Bakery, Starbucks Reserve, PAUL, You Mee and PizzaExpress, while Time Out Market is also set to operate at the destination.

The World St. opening marks its entry into the market with a format that combines vegetarian dining, self-service technology and multiple ordering channels. The location also places the brand within a mixed-use commercial destination serving office workers, residents and visitors.
