Foodsta Kitchens has strengthened the presence of its Japanese dining concept, Kokoro, with the launch of its third Bengaluru outlet in under a year. The newest restaurant has opened at Nexus Koramangala, further accelerating the brand's rapid expansion in the city.
Created with the vision of making authentic Japanese cuisine approachable and suitable for everyday dining, Kokoro offers a menu that blends traditional recipes with premium ingredients. Diners can choose from an extensive range of freshly prepared sushi, steaming bowls of ramen, hearty donburi, crispy katsu, handcrafted gyoza and other Japanese favourites.
The culinary experience begins with standout appetisers such as the Kimchi Futomaki and lightly flame-seared Aburi Salmon. Comforting mains include the rich Tonkotsu Ramen and the spicy Tantanmen Chicken Ramen, while the donburi selection features the flavourful Teriyaki Chicken Donburi and the colourful Veg Rainbow Don, showcasing fresh ingredients and balanced flavours.
