KAMARI Debuts in Anjuna, Redefining Beachfront Hospitality in North Goa

KAMARI has debuted in Anjuna, North Goa, as a new beachfront hospitality destination that brings together architecture, cuisine, cocktails, music and design. Conceived as an all-day seaside venue, it transitions from relaxed daytime dining to vibrant sunset experiences and energetic nightlife.

Inspired by the duality of the sun and the moon, KAMARI offers two distinct atmospheres—a tranquil coastal retreat by day and a lively entertainment destination after dark. Its design reflects the movement of the Arabian Sea through sculptural curves, an organically designed central bar and an expansive upper deck offering uninterrupted 180-degree sea views. Natural materials such as weathered wood, linen and rattan reinforce its contemporary coastal aesthetic.

An exclusive Toile de Jouy artwork, inspired by the moon, the sea, tropical flora and Goa's coastal heritage, adds a distinctive visual identity rooted in storytelling and craftsmanship. Guests can unwind on beachfront sunbeds, dine in sea-facing spaces or relax in private cabanas with plunge pools overlooking the Arabian Sea. The experience begins with personalised hospitality, including solar-powered golf cart transfers.

As evening unfolds, KAMARI comes alive around its 23-foot Medusa sculpture, enhanced by dynamic lighting, digital installations and curated entertainment, creating a striking nightlife setting. The culinary programme, led by Chef Ram, features globally inspired dishes made with seasonal ingredients, including Millet Tabouleh, Avocado Edamame Toast, Zucchini Burrata Curry, Garlic Butter Lamb Chops, John Dory Fish and Prawn Thermidor.

The cocktail menu, curated by Dikshit Shetty, reimagines Indian flavours using techniques such as clarification, fermentation, infusion and distillation. Signature creations like Rasam, Aarambh and Ko-cane showcase indigenous botanicals, regional spices and tropical ingredients with a contemporary twist.
