Mysuru-based Frosting, specializing in baked goodies and Italian food, is bringing “Indian Fusion Food”, its brand-new array of Indian cuisine and delicacies, with an international twist.

“Indian Fusion Food” will be featuring a plethora of unique food pairings, wherein, some of the best Indian flavours and delicacies will be provided with an unexpected international twist. It will consist of Chicken Frankie Roll, Fenugreek Paneer, Golgappa Shots, Canapes Chaat and Ricotta Rasmalai.

Aparna Ranga, Founder of Frosting, said, “The kitchen Frosting is a powerhouse of ideas, for new and interesting cuisines, dishes and delicacies. Over the course of time, we have looked to convert these ideas into reality, in order to give our visitors an experience to remember.”

In a bid to offer one with the ideal dining experience, Frosting in Mysuru looks to combine, a great ambience, along with finger-licking good food, and great music.

Casual dining resto-bar Titlie is bringing together a convergence of not just two restaurants but also different flavors & cultures.

 

The Goa-based restaurant has partnered with international Indian restaurant Rooh in Delhi for a pop-up.

 

The core of this collaboration lies in its experiential course of action to bring forth the best of plates through a “gourmet causal” approach.

 

“Titlie has garnered a lot of love from the city and to showcase my signature plates on my homeground is such a delight! Rooh is the perfect match in terms of sensibilities and intent and I look forward to cooking up a very special menu for my patrons here,” chef Tarun Sibal, entrepreneur and co-owner, Titlie, Goa.

 

The three-day pop-up is a curation of Tarun’s signature Collaborative Cuisine featuring a 10-course menu (in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian variants), along with a selection of craft cocktails.

 

"At ROOH our constant endeavour is to celebrate Indian food & beverage in its contemporary Avatar, especially regional Indian cuisines and indigenous ingredients. We couldn't be more delighted to have one of the best Modern Indian restaurants from Goa to collectively be a part of this celebration and give an opportunity to our guests in Delhi to sample the flavours of Goa curated by Tarun and Titlie,” added Samrat Banerjee, Director Operations, ROOH, New Delhi.

 

Together, both leading restaurants have created a unique blend of international and regional flavors that range from Titlie’s classic Hummus with Kurkuri Bhindi, Dal Bhutta Khees, to the hearty Butter Garlic Pepper Prawns, Sambhar Puree, Pol Sombol, Cucumber ending with Coconut Kulfi, Jaggery Toffee, Passion fruit, Banana Crumble to create a harmonious symphony of flavors.

 

The pop-up menu showcases an assortment of redefined Indian dishes that are integrated with a contemporary flair, delivering an unparalleled culinary experience to entice the city's discerning audience.
