Farzi Café has reopened its CyberHub outlet, marking a strategic milestone for the brand as it enters the next phase of its lifecycle. Launched in 2014, Farzi Café is close to completing a decade in operation and has expanded from a single concept into a multi-city and international presence, with outlets across India and overseas markets such as New York, Seattle, and London.
Since its inception, Farzi Café has focused on reworking familiar Indian flavours and techniques through a contemporary framework. The approach has remained consistent over the years, evolving in response to changing consumer preferences while retaining a strong cultural foundation. The revamped CyberHub outlet reflects this thinking, with the space redesigned to cater to both all-day dining and evening-led consumption, aligning with current hospitality trends that prioritise flexibility and varied dayparts.
The redesign introduces two distinct but integrated zones within the restaurant, one focused on café-style dining and the other centred around the bar. The interiors draw from the brand’s established colour palette but adopt a more modern and restrained aesthetic, moving away from the earlier rustic look. The objective is to create a space that supports longer dwell times and a broader audience without diluting the brand’s identity.
Zorawar Kalra, Founder & Managing Director, Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., said, “Farzi Cafe has always been a genre-defining brand. Introduced in 2014, it reshaped the perception of Indian cuisine and laid the foundation for the modern Indian café movement in the country. With the new menu and beverage programme, the brand once again looks to create a meaningful shift drawing from years of learning and creative exploration. The cocktail programme pays homage to India’s great cities, each drink inspired by their energy, culture, and flavours, while the Quantum Coffee menu brings a similarly progressive approach to coffee. Together, they extend Farzi Cafe’s philosophy beyond the plate.”
The updated food menu at CyberHub continues to build on Farzi Café’s core culinary direction, refining existing ideas rather than introducing radical departures. Small plates feature reinterpretations of Indian comfort food and regional influences, while the main course offerings blend traditional flavours with contemporary formats. New additions such as Taftan-based pizzas reflect an attempt to merge Indian bread traditions with global food formats, creating differentiated menu propositions within a competitive casual dining landscape.
Desserts follow a similar approach, revisiting familiar Indian sweets through modern techniques and formats. The focus remains on recognisable flavours presented with updated textures and plating, reinforcing the brand’s positioning within the modern Indian dining segment.
The bar programme, titled Cocktail Safari, introduces a menu inspired by major Indian cities, using local flavour references and contemporary mixology methods. Developed under the direction of Mixologist Anurag Dhingra, Head of Liquid Artistry at Massive Restaurants, the programme aims to align beverage offerings more closely with the brand’s broader cultural narrative.
Farzi Café has expanded its all-day coffee offerings at CyberHub, introducing a structured coffee programme that includes classic formats, specialty beverages, and non-caffeinated options. Multiple brewing styles and milk alternatives have been added to cater to evolving consumer preferences, particularly among urban diners who increasingly view cafés as extended social and work-friendly spaces.
The CyberHub relaunch reflects Farzi Café’s broader strategy of measured evolution rather than rapid reinvention. As the brand prepares for its next chapter, the focus remains on strengthening relevance across mature and emerging customer segments while maintaining consistency across food, beverage, and design.
