Eat Right Chef Expands Nutrition-Focused Delivery Model Across South Mumbai

Eat Right Chef (ERC), the health-focused food brand by Flamboyanté, is strengthening its delivery-led presence in Mumbai with a menu centred on high-protein, low-calorie and macro-counted meals. The brand operates from World Trade Center, Cuffe Parade, and Phoenix Palladium, Lower Parel, serving customers across South Mumbai through Swiggy.

Launched in 2020 by Fountain Hospitality during the lockdown, Eat Right Chef was developed in response to demand for healthier meal options. The brand has since expanded its menu to cover different dietary preferences, including high-protein meals, calorie-conscious options and vegetarian offerings.

Its menu includes Custom Muscle Meal Bowls, CR7 Bowls (Broccoli Chicken Rice), High Protein Wraps, On-the-Go Slim Rolls, Low Calorie Snacks and Healthy Desserts. Other offerings include Paneer Tikka Slim Roll, Keto Chicken Tikka Omelette Wrap, Zucchini Khow Suey Bowl, Nachni-Based Pizza, Cauliflower Keto Risotto and Sugar-Free Tiramisu.

The brand's operating model focuses on nutrition-led meal development combined with the culinary expertise of Flamboyanté. Its offerings are positioned for consumers tracking macros, following high-protein diets, managing calorie intake or looking for healthier everyday meals.
